Dato’ Nik Zainiah Nik Abd Rahman

Dato’ Nik Zainiah Nik Abd Rahman is currently the Director General of Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC), Malaysia.  She had represented MPC in numerous committees, presenting papers at international and national forum, technical expert deputation to various countries on systems development and rendering her expertise in the areas of TQM, Management Development, Entrepreneurship Development and Organizational  Excellence.  At the international level, she represents Malaysia in the following organizations as council member of Asean-Japan Total Quality Management  programme, member of Coordinating Committee International Quality Control Circle Convention (Asia-Pacific), alternate Country Director  of Asian Productivity Organization.

Joseph Tan Boo Hean, B.Eng, MBA

Joseph Tan Boo Hean, B.Eng, MBA, is currently a certified instructor of the Edward de Bono Thinking Systems and the Character First! Leadership Development. Since graduating from the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 1992, Joseph has worked with corporations like Motorola, IBM & HP taking on roles in product engineering, sales, marketing and business development. Dr T Aaron Lim

Dr T Aaron Lim, a Fulbright-Hays Scholar, is a graduate of St. Francis' Institution, Malaysia; College of Agriculture, Malaysia (now Universiti Putra Malaysia); Louisiana State University, USA; University of Hawaii, USA and Chaminade University of Honolulu, USA.  He is a former professor at Brigham Young University-Hawaii, USA. Born and raised in the ancient philosophies of the Orient and trained in the modern sciences of the West, Dr. Aaron has a unique talent of bridging the traditions of East and West.  He has been serving and teaching health, personal development and spiritual growth for over 30 years. Dr. Aaron brings inspirational action and creativity into the everyday lives of others so that each life experience provides openings to abundance, passion and remarkable spiritual and material results. As a dynamic speaker and educator, he uses his multiple talents to help others reach their fullest potential.  Along with his wife, Dehyana Lee Lim, he co - founded and co-directs "Bodhi Fellowship / Center For Inner Peace", a nonprofit, spiritual organization dedicated to teaching unconditional universal love and selfless service based in San Diego, California, USA and Malacca, Malaysia.

Dr Wilson Tay, MMIM, MIM-CPT

Dr Wilson Tay, MMIM, MIM-CPT is Chief Executive Officer, Malaysian Institute of Management.  He holds professional fellowship and membership with the Institute of Chartered Accountants, the Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants, the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, the Institute of Corporate Managers and Administrators in Australia, and is a Companion of the International Management Centres in United Kingdom and a registered Certified Financial Planner.  His academic qualifications include the Bachelor of Business, Graduate Diploma in Business & Administration, Master of Business from the Curtin University of Technology and Doctor of Management (with Distinction) from Southern Cross University in Australia.  His public speaking engagements include managership, knowledge management, creativity and innovation, entrepreneurship, human capital and talent management development, coaching and mentoring.

Richard Wong Chin Mun

Richard Wong Chin Mun left Nylex (Malaysia) Berhad, part of the London based worldwide BTR group as Managing Director/Group Chief Executive after 18 years to start the CEO development and education service.  He founded Vistage Malaysia which has licence to the internationally known Vistage process that helps CEOs proactively manage change and stay ahead of the competition through sharing ideas, expertise and personal experience with other successful CEOs.  He was instrumental in introducing the Adizes holistic methodology in 1983 starting with the Polymer business and later in Tamco Group and other subsidiaries within the Nylex Malaysia Group of Companies.  Under his leadership, Nylex Malaysia not only won the country’s 1991 Quality Management Award from the Ministry of International Trade and Industry but also became the FIRST company in Malaysia to be awarded the ISO 9001 certification by SIRIM in November 1991. Nylex (Malaysia) was ranked 5th in the top ten best managed companies in Malaysia by Asia Money & Finance in July/Aug 1992.  Richard also serves as the Senior non-executive and independent director of Sunway Holdings Inc. Bhd and is the Chairman of its Audit and Nomination Committees.  Besides being a Vistage accredited chair/mentor with 20 CEOs under his care, he is also a certified Associate of Adizes Institute, USA, with over 25 years of practical experience in the Adizes holistic methodology to help organizations to achieve prime and to make sustainable exceptional performance a reality.

Datuk Bridget Lai

Datuk Bridget Lai is a Director at Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad, Alliance Investment Bank Berhad and Alliance Financial Group Berhad.  She joined Alliance Financial Group as its Group Chief Executive Officer on 1 September 2005. Prior to her appointment at Alliance Financial Group, Datuk Bridget was attached to a leading international Bank for many years and has vast and global experience in most aspects of banking operations. During her tenure at the international bank, she was the first and only Malaysian to be appointed the position of Country Head of Consumer Banking, Malaysia. She subsequently went on to hold an international position with the same bank as the Global Head of Distribution, making her the first Asian to hold the portfolio in the organisation. Datuk Bridget is also a proponent of gender equality issues in the corporate workplace. In July 2007, she was awarded the Woman Entrepreneur of the Year 2007. She was conferred her datukship in June 2007 by His Majesty, Yang di-Pertuan Agong – The King of Malaysia.  In addition to her Masters of Business Administration degree (with Distinction) from the University of Hull, United Kingdom, she is also a member of the Malaysian Association of Company Secretaries and is a Certified Financial Planner.
