We have booked your accommodation with the hotel on your behalf.
The Congress Package covers hotel accommodation for check in on 19 October 2008 and check out on 23 October 2008. Hotel room cost and incidental charges incur during pre and post stay are to be borne by delegate and required to be settled upon departure. For those staying for pre or post congress, (staying at congress hotel) the rate for a single room inclusive of one breakfast is MYR420 nett per night.

For guarantee room availability prior to 3.00pm, the room must be pre-registered from the previous day at a full night's room rate. Check out is 12.00pm. You should be able to leave your luggage with the Concierge. If you have requested late check out, the hotel will endeavour to accommodate this. Please be prepared, however, that they may charge you an additional fee.

The room rate is inclusive of breakfast, hotel reception will inform you of the breakfast venue upon check in.

The secretariat desk will be situated at the ballroom foyer and will be open from 10.30am - 5.30pm from Sunday 19 October to Wednesday 22 October 2008.

During the congress, smart casual attire is required. A jacket is not necessary.

The copies of all presentations will be stored in CD and will be given to congress delegates on last day of the Congress.

There is a business centre in the hotel where you can send and receive faxes, make photocopies, etc. All costs should be charged to your room to settle upon departure.

Visitors to Malaysia must be in possession of valid passport/travel documents with a minimum validity of six months beyond the period of intended stay.

Nationals of the Republic of China, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Cuba, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, North Korea, Nepal, Myanmar, Taiwan and all Certificate of Identity (CI) holders MUST obtain a visa before entering Malaysia. Citizens of nations other than those stated above (except Serbia Montenegro and Israel) are allowed to enter Malaysia for a Social and Business visit not exceeding one month without having a Visa.
